Referral Fee Entitlement and Claim Conditions
A Movo Referral Partner may share a unique referral code or link. Referral fees are 10% of the transaction value and become claimable within 30 days after the referred customer has paid, received the product satisfactorily, and the transaction is completed.
Merchant Claim Conditions
Merchant disbursements are claimable within 30 days after full payment is received, the customer confirms satisfactory receipt, and there is no dispute, complaint, or claim. If a merchant-attributable issue occurs, Movo may withhold or suspend disbursement until the matter is fully resolved.
